The voice phoneline has voicemail. We monitor it 7 days
a week and, depending on volunteer availability, most hours of the
day and night. Please leave a message. We try to
return all calls the same day.

Downtown, next to the Voyageur/Greyhound inter-city bus
terminal. West side of Bay street, 4 doors north of
Dundas street, 4th floor, suite 406.
The #6 "Bay" bus stops at the intersection of Bay &
Dundas; the southbound stop is right in front of the building.
The #505 "Dundas" streetcar stops at the intersection of
Bay & Dundas, across the street.
Dundas subway station is a smidgen nearer than St. Patrick
station; the underground PATH system connects Dundas subway station
to Bay street.
- Doorbell after hours

The TFN office is open on Tues & Thurs, noon-8pm but the
600 Bay street building doors are open during conventional business
hours (M-F, 9-5).
When arriving outside of the building's hours, its outside door
will be locked. Please either ring TFN's doorbell, located to
the right of the exterior building door, or phone the office.
Someone will come down to let you in.
It does take some time to descend from the 4th floor but, if no one
shows up after a couple of minutes, we may have been momentarily out of
the office when you rang, so please ring again.
- The poster box

You can pick up posters and other printed advertising from a box
in front of the office door.
Thus, you can pick up posters while the office is closed. You can
enter the 600 Bay street building during conventional business hours.
- Accessibility
-
The building is over a century old and not designed for accessibility.
- The elevator requires a human operator (it is
manually operated and, also, its doors are not electrified).
TFN office staff know how to operate it; just ask.
- Wheelchair obstacle: a ledge in front of the exterior building
door. It is 1.2 inches (3.0 cm) high and is
located about 2 feet (60 cm) out from the door.
This puts the TFN doorbell out of wheelchair reach unless you
can ride over that step on your own, so try phoning the office
from a cellphone or payphone.
- Bathrooms: the building has no wheelchair accessible bathrooms.

- One door north of the office, inside the inter-city bus terminal,
surrounding the central staircase that leads upstairs from the
ground floor.
- Across the street from the office, in the Atrium-on-Bay building
(northwest corner of Bay & Dundas), to the right of the escalator
at ground level.
- Parking

- Bay & Elm, northwest corner, self-serve street-level
outdoors (one building north of the office), $6 overnight.
- North side of Elm, East of Bay, underground (northeast of
the office). 2 hours free with purchase in that
building's shops or restaurant (Le Commensal -- a vegetarian
buffet) to get your parking stub stamped.
- East side of Elizabeth, between Edward and Elm, curb-side
(northwest of the office), free overnight Sunday - Friday
8 pm - 9 am and Saturday 8 pm - 1 pm.
